I think this throws a monkey wrench is his plans to run against Senator Harry Reid in 2010. Read all about it here.
No matter what the outcome I think Nevada Republicans would be wise to find someone else to challenge Reid.

"Krolicki is saying this prosecution is politically motivated and puts the blame for it on Senator Reid. That makes me who is already suspicious when it comes to political wrongdoing, even more so. No matter what the outcome I think Nevada Republicans would be wise to find someone else to challenge Reid."
Yeah, we can't have folks like Krolicki held accountable for felonious actions, now can we? Let's get rid of Reid and elect someone who will let Republicans misappropriate funds with impunity...
Never mind that we don't know if Krolicki is guilty or not, or if Reid is really behind this -- all we have to support the contention that Reid is pulling strings here is Krolicki's word. Yep - that's how the right wing works the system. They cast doubt on those who oppose their crookery, all the while claiming those eeevil Democrats are not being honest - as they are frog marched out of office as convicted felons.
These are the ethics of the party opposing the Democrats in the 2008 election? No wonder Obama won by a landslide...
