Keep in mind North Carolina is 20% black. So that means the percentage of black voters in the primary (and the poll) will likely be around 45 to 50%. That's going to distort the traditional age breakdowns you see in other states. If you could break the black voters out of these numbers I'm sure you would see the familiar pattern of Hillary taking the senior vote.

Just to throw an interesting piece of info out, NC runs a semi open primary. Anyone that is registered indy can choose which primary (D or R) that we wish to. Quite a few of us that lean towards the Repubs register indy because many races down here tend to have no Repub challenger, so to have any choice at all requires one to request a Dem ballot in the primary.
