You shouldn't buy for one minute the idea that Hillary is bypassing Wisconsin and focusing on March 4. The pro-Clinton media shills promoting that line are trying to convince the public that two more losses (Wisconsin and Hawaii) just don't matter because Obama is "expected" to win them.
If she expects to lose Wisconsin then why is she now running this negative ad there?
If I were Obama, I wouldn't debate her at all (he has agreed to two more debates). Why should he? He's the clear frontrunner now. Hillary just wants to keep him off the campaign trail because she sees the wildly enthusiastic crowds he is drawing and she knows that is boosting his vote wherever he goes. Enough with the debates already in my opinion. We've already had 18 of them for God's sake. Isn't that enough? They're boring and clowns like Tim Russert are always asking stupid "gotcha" questions. I'd much rather listen to what the candidates themselves are trying to say than to watch them try to avoid being trapped into making a mistake by some pathetic journalist.
Make no mistake about it, HIllary is mounting a full-court press in Wisconsin because that state should be a strong one for her given her demonstrated strength with blue-collar voters. An ARG poll from just 5 days ago demonstrated this fact:
Clinton: 50%
Obama: 41%
Now, of course, more recent polls show Wisconsin shifting towards Obama which has predictably led the pro-Clinton shills in the media to say that an Obama win there is "expected". It's amazing that so many in the media have gone along with the Clinton campaign's attempt to put a positive spin on what could become a losing streak of 10 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, the Clinton campaign team is in turmoil. On Sunday, Hillary dumped her campaign manager Patti Solis Doyle. On Tuesday, her deputy campaign manager Mike Henry bailed out. And last night, two more staffers who worked on the campaign's Internet-based efforts jumped ship.
And for the first time ever, the Rasmussen daily tracking poll has Obama on top:
Obama: 46%
Clinton: 41%
All of this, and especially those new TV ads, will only contribute to yet another negative 24-hour news cycle for Clinton. Since Super Tuesday it's been all downhill for Hillary. She needs to break the trend here fast.
Update: Hillary casting herself as the underdog in Wisconsin (from Newsweek):
"I think we have an uphill challenge," she told a Milwaukee anchor, referring to the Wisconsin contest next Tuesday. "I'm the underdog in that race."
Apparently, Hillary has never seen polls like the one above that showed her in the lead in Wisconsin just a week ago.

To be fair to Clinton, I don't really think this ad is too negative. Certainly not as bad as some of the negative ads we've seen in the past.
On the other hand, it is odd that she is challenging Obama to stop avoiding Wisconsin voters when she is basically doing that by focusing on Ohio/Texas instead.

I'll admit it's not a heavily negative ad, but it does convey the idea that Obama is afraid to debate and that is fundamentally a negative message.

Look for attempts to triple-lock Obama inside the Islamophobic Consensus in the near future.
Despite Obama's kow tow to Aipac last year, it's always "but what have you done for us lately?" or "convince me some more!".
The fact that the neoconservative intelligensia is still rubbing antennae together over Obamania in America could be the precursor to a full-on agitprop campaign should Obama not publicly(!) re-re-iterate the importance of the "unique relationship between Israel and the USA, yadda yadda", in strong enough terms to be useful as propaganda viz. a deterrent against future wrong-thinking in an Obama administration.

Some ignorant Republicans wil try to smear Obama as a secret Muslim while others will slang him as a member of radical black Church in the south side of Chicago. The truth is that Obama knows his way around the bible second only to Hucklebee and around the American Constitution and Bill Of Rights second to no one.
