2008 Senate races

Over at NRO, John J. Miller has posted an analysis of the Senate seats which are due for reelection in the 2008 cycle.


We have previously noted the difficulties Republicans face in 2008, with 21 GOP-held seats up against only 12 currently occupied by Democrats. Miller confirms this in his state by state run-down, but also notes a couple of potential bright spots as well. Read it all at the link above.

The best scenerio for the Republicans is to lose only three seats. The worst scenerios is an Obama led rout that will give the Democrats 60 seats in the Senate.
