Does this poll factor in the vote fraud in Milwaukee?
Seriously, though. This is a huge one to win. If WI goes Red again, you can bet serious efforts to stamp out voter fraud will start. And unlike MO, which has had to suffer from judges picked by 12 years of Democrat Governors, WI has only had a Blue Governor since 2002; before that, Tommy Thompson ran the state for what seemed like a genereation.

Strategic Vision is a GOP polling company. Go look at their client list.
If you want an accurate poll, make sure they are non-partisan.
The averages I have found from 8 polls taken AFTER the primary are Gallup, Rasmussen, and a several national newpaper/TV polls, which show Doyle at 49% and Green maintaining 41%.
Picking just one partisan poll does not serve your website or readers well.
After Sept. 25th, those numbers will change as Green will receive the Dane County court ruling on his lawsuit against the state elections board. The judges own statement, that his won't be the last word indicates the ruling is against Green.
This is going to be a national news item, on TV and many papers will highlight the bizarre aspect of a candidate for Governor suing the state he wants to lead. He should have just given the money back and gone forward. This has been a bad thing for Green, but it has overlflowed into other GOP hopefuls races.
Eddiebear's claim of voter fraud is not a fraud issue at all. The voter lists, were junk, as the data the state was given by the counties, and the prior lists created wards with no registered voters, 145% of registered voters.
What is the most important point of the Milwaukee primary was the manual recount of paper ballots. The GOP legislature tried to eliminate paper ballots. These sheets of paper is what will best serve the voters, and not serve either party in the long run.
Who cares how long a vote count takes, as long as there are tangible ballots to count.
