Mexican Election Update (Wizbang Politics)

With about 95% of the vote reporting, the conservative canidate leads by over 400,000 votes, yet both canidates have declared themselves the winner. I am hearing that Baja California, a conservative stronghold, has not yet completely reported their results. That is not confirmed, but if it is true, it is great news for conservatives.
